Hello my Crafty Friends!! Candace here with my post for TLC Designs.
Today I am showing a card I made using Toga's and Bubbles Stamp Set, Aviary Oval Die and Magical Delight Paper. Love this paper pad and the circles inspired me to use the blowing bubbles troll stamp and the "bubbly" looking die cuts! Love how it all came together to make this adorable card!
