Spooktacular shaped cards...and WINNER announcement!

Creeping It Real Digital Papers Creeping it Real Digital Stamps DT-Shanna Slater Rosie Sentiment Die

Hello and welcome!  I am so glad you stopped by today!  This is Shanna from Caffeinated Craftiness and I am excited to share a fun Halloween card today featuring fabulous products from TLC Designs.

I am sharing a quick and easy card featuring the new Creeping it Real digital paper and coordinating digital stamp set!  I am absolutely LOVING creating with these!!  Halloween is hands down one of my favorite holidays to make cards for!

The new Rosie Sentiment die set makes the perfect shaped card with a smidge of partial die cutting to create a card base.  I actually kicked this one up a notch and used the intricate border die to hot foil onto my card base and am IN LOVE with the result!  Did you know you can hot foil with any metal die?? YEP!!  I used purple foil on a dark gray cardstock and was over the moon with the result.

I printed out a piece of pattern paper from the Creeping it Real Digi-paper collection, and then created a box for my sentiment and colored it to match in my word processor.  The perks of using digital products is ALL the customization options you get!  Soooo many things! I also added the drop shadow to my sentiment in the same word program (generally you find this in "image options") and hit print!

The dies did their magic, and I layered up the card.  I added some shimmer to my spiders and glossy accents to the eyes for fun extra dimension and interest.  Then the card was done!  Can you believe how easy that all was.  Even if you don't hot foil, this card comes together magically easy with the coordinating products!

I hope you enjoyed my project today....and I have been more to share!  The winner from the August Release Insta-Hop!!!!  Drumroll please...........

Congratulations!!  Be sure to follow along with us... More NEW things to come soon ;).

Stay Crafty,

Shanna
