SURPRISE!

Birthday Cards For Kids Land and Seas Die One-Eyed Harry Digital Surprise Troll Cricket Fun Turtle-icious Watercolor Naturals

Hello crafty friends! I'm Amanda from @CaveWitchCrafts, here with my first official post as a new TLCDesigns design team member. Today I'm sharing a fun birthday scene made with a combination of clear and digital stamps from the TLCDesigns Shop

I started by stamping and printing my images from sets Turtle-icious, Troll Cricket Fun, and One-Eyed Harry Digital stamps.Next, I colored the images using an assortment of Copic Markers, Chameleon Pens, and Spectrum Noir markers.

I cut out the colored images from Turtle-icious, Troll Cricket Fun, and One Eyed Harry Digital Stamp. On a 4X7 peice of white cardstock, I cut out some bushes and grass using the Land and Sea dies

On another piece of 4X7 cardstock, I inked a blue sky using some inks in my stash. I inked the bushes and grass cut out from the Land and Sea dies in shades of greens. Using watered down blues and greens, I splattered the inked background, in darker ink shades.

To assemble the scene, I started by adhering the inked bushes to the inked sky panel with a tape runner. Using liquid glue, I added the colored images to the scene. I added the sentiment with glue dots to help add dimension to the card. Then, I placed the grass panel to the front using double-sided foam tape.

I matted the scene to a 4 1/4 X 7 1/4 navy blue cardstock. Before it was mounted to a  4 1/2 X 7 1/2 card blank, I added a strip of blue paper from the Watercolor Naturals Digital Paper pack
