Hey everyone! Angela here with my first post for TLC Designs.  Today I share a card I made with Toga's and Bubbles- a fun clear stamp set, which I have paired with the Aztec Sunshine Circle Dies.  I created a standard A2 Size card, and used black cardstock for my card base.  Next I added a peice of teal cardstock to mat the black. I used Jet Black Archival Ink to ink my cardstock (and all of the remaining layers and dies).
