Hello and happy Wednesday! Tangii here, I had some Winter in July fun with the Snow Family! I combined a handful of digital goodies along with the Loving Petals Square die set, the Snowy and Evergreen stencil and the Watercolor Naturals Slimline paper pack.
So first off, I grabbed Mama Snow, the bow, the sentiment and the snowy ground image from the Snow Family Fun Tree digital set, and the mailbox and little birdie from the Snow Family Fun Mail digital set and created my scene. Once I had it layed out and sized correctly, I printed it along with the sentiment and the background paper (which is from the Snow Family Fun Slimline Digital paper pack).
The bow was printed off to the side so I could cut it out and pop it up! I colored up my whole scene with Copics, then used the Loving Petals Square die set to die cut it out. Using the Snowy and Evergreen stencil and Distress Oxide pads I added just a few snowflakes here and there.
I sized the sentiment to fit in the oval shape from the Loving Petals Square die set, after I die cut it out I added some more snowflakes. One of the things I love about TLC dies (besides the fantastic shapes!) is that nearly every nook and cranny of the die sheet is filled with fun shapes! This set has 3 heart dies, each with a nesting heart shape inside! Using those hearts, I die cut all 3 from a sheet from the Watercolor Naturals Slimline paper pack and again with some silver cs. I took several pieces and mixed and matched them, and popped them up with foam tape. Now, I know I used a lot of goodies for this card, but you could have just as easily made something similar with just one digi stamp set and 1 paper pack. That's all I've got for you today, thanks for popping by! Hope you have a wonderful rest of your week.
