Hey crafty friends! It's Amanda from @CaveWitchCrafts. I'm here on the blog today with some fun challenge inspiration. Since the current challenge theme is Birthdays, I couldn't resist making a card featuring these cute circus clowns. I even created a big circus tent for them to perform in, using the flower tent from Digital Stamp Set Outdoor Friends.

To create this fun carnival birthday scene, I combined a bunch of my favorite stamp sets from the TLC Designs Shop. To list them, I used stamp sets Sweetie, Happy, Celebrate, Troll Cricket Fun, Alicorn Happiness, Snow Family Fun Digital Set, Outdoor Friends Digital Stamps, and One-Eyed Harry Digital Stamps.
To make the Trolls from Troll Cricket Fun more clown looking, I used my copic mulitliners to add some extra details to the faces of the boys. The girl troll was left unaltered from my copic mulitiliners because she already had the cute clown energy I was going for.
I also used the Zinnia Slimline Die set to cut out pieces for my background and embellishment using white cardstock and some patterned paper from the You Are My Sunshine paper pack. I colored my images with an assortment of markers and cut them out using scissors. I also inked the slimline panel using distress oxides and a cloud stencil I made from the Land and Sea dies.
The flower embellishment was created from the different sized flower die cuts from the Zinnia Slimline dies. I cut out one of each size on some patterened paper from the You Are My Sunshine Paper Pack. I poked a hole in the middle of each flower, placing a small brad through the middle. The Zinnia Slimline die creates a beautiful border cutout, so I used one of the existing holes to attach the flower in the top left corner. I folded the brad tongs over loosely, so the flower can be spun in circles as well!
I wasn't able to fit all of the images I colored onto the front of the card, so I used them for decorations on the inside of the card instead. In addition, IÂ Â used the Zinnia Slimline die with a cloud stencil made from the Land and Sea dies to decorate the inside.
