I am sharing a new fun-fold card featuring images from the brand new Tip-Toe Fairies stamp set and the Perfectly Precious paper pack available in the shop!
When I first saw the Tiptoe Fairy set, I knew it would become a fast favorite of mine. The images are so whimsical and sweet and everything I love to color! I decided to let the little bunny take center stage for this card, but when you open the card, a sweet ballerina fairy surprises you! TUTU Cute! Am I right?!?
I started with a regular A2 card base, but scored the front panel in half and used my paper trimmer to cut from the center fold at an angle across the front panel I just scored. This allowed for a "Z Fold" type of card. I grabbed my Perfectly Precious papers and a ruler and cut paper to fit each visible panel.
For the inside panel, I used the Scalloped Rectangle Garden dies to create a beautifully bordered piece that is perfect to write a message to the recipient on.
I decided the fairies needed to be "grounded" with something to stand on. I grabbed a scrap left over of the solid teal from the Perfectly Precious paper and the hill die from the Land and Sea dies and made a fun little sloped hill that stretches across both skinny panels with the images! Perfect!
