Yes, you got that right! I am in awe of the TLC Designs stencils, as they have multiple edges along with the main part. So you not only get to use the stencil for the main image but the edges can be used to make many more additional elements.    Hello my Crafty Friends!! Candace here with my post for TLC Designs.  Today I am showing a card I made using  Happy Bloom Day & Clouds Stencil and Toga's and Bubbles Stamp Set. I just love the bubble blowing troll - she is so cute and summer is the best time to blow bubbles!!! I used the stencil to create the small circles in the background with some ink, looks like a bunch of bubbles!!  I love how versatile all the products from TLC Designs and work so well together!!
