It's time to celebrate the change in seasons. Steph here using lots of fun TLC Designs products for this cute card.
Supplies: Celebrate Sentiment Stamp Set
Create a card from white cardstock.
For the background, use the blue paper from the paper pack.
Die cut green cardstock with the grass die. This die creates 2 layers.
Separate them and ink with green ink and layer on the blue panel.
Add to the card.
Die cut assorted elements from the Scalloped Garden Die set and the Aztec Sunshine Die set.
Ink each die cut and assemble on the card.

Stamp and color the dancing fairy.
Fussy cut her and add her to the card with foam adhesives.
She appears to be jumping from one tree stump to another.
Stamp celebrate directly on the card.
Add stickles to her wings for a little sparkle.
